Perfect pairing wines with fine food

There is so many tastes in the Wines World !
For Chefs and best sommeliers a perfect pairing with a dish is important. We know, this is not the concern of 90% of consumers... but 100% of consumers enjoy perfect pairing, wines & dishes!

The problem of a lot of wine is often an excess of aromas end of mouth what can distorted the taste of the dish. Especially for white wines. In "Les Landes" we are lucky : BAROQUE variety balance wine. For exemple serve an American Chardonnay or an aromatic Côtes de Gascogne with a fine fish is a fault: It's refreshing, palatable, but without finesse with the dish.
And for wines at low prices there is often a balance lack: too flat, too acidic or too aromatic.
TURSAN wines are exceptionally well balanced: Nose & mouth with complex aromas and without excess back of the mouth! It is the reason why Japanese & French Chefs like "Les Landes" wines.
